1. Type your current password:

Before you can change your user name or password, you must first type your current password.

Current User Name: Jane Q. Customer
Current Password:

2. Type a new user name and/or password.

  • To change your user name, type a new one and click Save Changes. Your user name should be all lower case letters.
  • To change your password, type a new password. Retype the new password to confirm it and click Save Changes.
