Helping Customers Reach Their Goals
Jessica has spent the last three years at Legends Bank and brings nearly three decades of banking experience to her role. As Branch Manager and Consumer Lender, she leads the Wilma Rudolph team while helping customers navigate important financial decisions.
What does she enjoy most about her role?
“Getting to know our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.”
Whether assisting with everyday banking needs or helping someone secure financing, Jessica believes that building relationships and understanding each customer’s unique situation are key to providing exceptional service.
Listening First
One of the ways Jessica helps customers succeed is by taking the time to listen.
“Always being willing to listen to customers’ needs and pay attention to the little things.”
She also encourages customers to ask questions and seek guidance when something doesn’t feel right.
“Never be afraid to ask questions if something doesn’t sound right,” says Jessica. “We are here to help.”
For Jessica, banking is about being a trusted resource and making sure customers feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Rooted in Clarksville
A Clarksville native, Jessica has deep ties to the community she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and jokingly describes herself as an “ex-soccer mom,” having spent many years cheering from the sidelines and supporting her children on the soccer field.
Today, she enjoys visiting her son at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and celebrating exciting family milestones, including her daughter’s recent graduation from Austin Peay State University and upcoming wedding. She also enjoys working out, spending time with her sweet pug, Bo, and staying involved in the community as a member of the Clarksville Rotary Satellite Club and a graduate of the Leadership Clarksville Class of 2019.

Jessica describes herself as a huge Golden Girls fan, loves a good documentary, and, of course, adores her pug, Bo.
