Team Highlights is a Legends Bank spotlight series that helps customers and the community get to know the people behind the service at Legends.

If you choose to participate, your feature may be shared on Legends Bank social media and the Legends Bank website, and could be used in other marketing materials in the future. Participation is completely optional.

To be featured, here are the steps:

• Complete the questionnaire and consent below.
• When providing any optional Personal information or photos, please understand that doing so is at your own risk and the bank will not take any responsibility for any repercussions from you including it.
• Include one headshot below (plus an optional second photo—at work, “in action,” or something fun). Please do not include people other than family members (if you choose to) in the photos.

Once we receive everything, our team will write and design your spotlight and share a final draft with you and Legends Bank for approval before anything is posted. Thank you!

• Your photo(s), name, and responses will be used in Legends Bank’s social media and marketing materials

• Content may appear on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and our website

• Materials may be used for up to 24 months from the date of this consent unless revoked



Your Rights:

• You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling 931-221-4991.

• Withdrawal will stop future use but cannot remove already-published content.

• Your decision to participate or withdraw will never affect your employment status

• Your rights to report compliance concerns or communicate with regulators remain fully protected
