Legends Bank is always looking for ways to provide even more legendary service for our customers. That’s why we will be upgrading our internal banking systems on Friday, August 9th, 2024, giving you more convenient solutions.


Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Enhanced person-to-person payments

What do these exciting new changes mean for you?
And what can you expect while this upgrade is taking place?

All Legends Bank ATMs will be unavailable beginning the morning of August 8th through August 9th. As a reminder, your debit card is able to be used at any non-international ATM without a fee.

You will be receiving a new Legends Bank Visa debit card in the mail beginning the week of July 22nd, but please continue to use your current debit card through August 7th. After this date, your old card will no longer be active; please dispose of it appropriately. Your new Legends Bank Visa debit card can be activated the morning of August 8th by calling 1‑877‑965‑3344. Your debit card standard limits will apply to your new card.

Your current Online / Mobile Banking login will be active through August 8th at 4:00 p.m. CDT. After this date, all digital banking services will be unavailable until August 12th. During this time, information about transactions and your balances will be available by calling 1‑866‑391‑1925 or emailing us at customerservice@legendsbank.com.

You will use your previous username, and your password will be your username plus the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number. (For Example: Username = janedoe, Password = janedoe1234). From there, you will be prompted to set up a new password and 3 security questions.

Mobile banking users will need to update their Apple™ or Android™ Legends Bank-TN Mobile apps. Details and instructions for both personal and business users will be coming soon.

Personal and Business Bill Pay will be active through August 1st at 4:00 p.m. CDT on our current system. After this date, bill pay services will be unavailable until August 12th and will resume on our new system. Please make sure that you arrange alternate payment methods during this time.

Bill payee and recurring payments will be converted into the new digital banking system, but it is highly recommended that you verify your payee and payment information are correct before sending.

Telephone Banking will be unavailable beginning the morning of August 9th until August 12th. You will continue to use the same number, 1‑866‑367‑6708, to access our Telephone Banking services. Your existing PIN will remain the same. If you do not have a PIN, we will set one for you to the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number and you will be prompted to change it during the first use.

You will receive an account “cutoff” statement as of August 8th for any activity since your last statement. This may result in you receiving two account statements for one cycle: one from the old system and another for activity on the new system until your regularly scheduled statement cycle. Please be sure to download and save or print copies of statements for your records.

Interest-bearing accounts will receive interest effective August 8th and again on the next regularly scheduled statement cycle.

ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS and QUICKEN USERS

As Legends Bank upgrades to a new online and mobile banking system on Friday, August 9th,  you will be required to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software before this date.

A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date.

This is the action date for the remaining steps for the upgrade instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts are set up with the new connection.

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
