For Tiffany Hightower, banking is less about transactions and more about the people behind them.
With 18 years in the banking industry and nearly 12 years at Legends Bank, Tiffany has built her career around one core belief: relationships matter. As AVP and Branch Manager of the Madison Street location, her role goes far beyond overseeing daily operations. She focuses on helping her team grow both personally and professionally while building meaningful, lasting relationships with the customers they serve.
“The best part of my job is our customers,” Tiffany shares. “I enjoy building genuine relationships and creating an environment where they feel supported.”
Rooted in Clarksville
A Clarksville native, Tiffany understands firsthand the value of community banking. Serving the same town she calls home adds another layer of purpose to her work. She believes local banking is about being accessible, present, and truly invested in the people walking through the doors.
That local connection fuels her passion for showing up every day ready to serve.

Tiffany believes one of the most powerful ways she helps customers succeed is surprisingly simple: she listens.
By taking the time to understand each customer’s goals, she’s able to provide guidance tailored to their needs, whether they’re managing personal finances or growing a business. Her advice is equally straightforward: stay connected with your banker. Open communication builds trust and allows her to support customers through every stage of their financial journey.
